Our 14th Annual Snowball Run is Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 in our own Backyard at Pines Montessori School

For 3 weeks each November our Primary, Lower and Upper Elementary students are dedicated to training after school in Running Clubs.  Training for the Annual Snowball Run!

Primary Students will run the 50 yard dash which is half of our beautiful backyard.

Elementary students will run the whole length, which a 100 yard dash. 

Yes... our backyard is the size of a football field!

Flurries

Flurries are Infants and Toddlers who "want" to dash with their parents!!! 

We will modify the course for this snow storm!

The definition of a Flurry... is ​​​​a small swirling mass of something!  Sounds about right!

Following the races, we will be treating ourselves to a family pancake backyard breakfast!

Pancakes, syrup, fresh fruit and whipped cream.

Hot chocolate for the runners and for those cheering them on!

                 After a full belly... we are bringing back the snowballs!       

             A peaceful snowball "fight" will take place and what remains will water the field.

Flurries will have tables filled with snow to explore.

 Sponsorships make the Snowball Run the HUGE success that it is each year!

These will be posted SOON!  They get snatched up quickly!

Not running?  Come eat pancakes with us and cheer on the runners.

Exact timings of races will be released soon.

 

The proceeds from the Snowball Run help with the maintenance and development of the Pines backyard. 

Our backyard is open to the community after school which is 6:30 pm for us, on weekends and days we are closed.
